Tres Sabores Wine Dinner

Join us for our Tres Sabores Wine Dinner! Tres Sabores was founded in 1999 and is now named one of Napa Valley's top wineries by the San Francisco Chronicle. The name Tres Sabores refers to the three flavors you taste in every glass. First, the terroir of their ranch on Napa Valley's Rutherford Bench has a large impact on their wines, such as the ambient yeasts that they use in their fermentation process. The winery is home to a farm and ranch where they cultivate fruits and vegetables and house a thriving wildlife ecosystem. Second, the gnarled woody vines of their wines, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah varietals, produce rich, complex flavors in each grape. Finally, their spirit! Essential to the enjoyment of their wines is the company with whom you drink around the table. We assure you, the company couldn't be better at Backstreet Cafe! Join us for an evening filled with Chef Hugo & Chef Ruben Ortega's great food, great wine, and of course, great company. Owner and winemaker of Tres Sabores, Julie Johnson, will be joining us for the dinner. We can't wait to serve you!
